Damn, always playing catch up. When i used wireframes, everyone was using flat shading. When i reached there, everyone was using texture mapped gourauds and phongs. After that was ray-tracing and now when i have implemented it with soft shadows, everyone is using path-tracing and derivatives. And my editor uses steam power. It took years to make.

I used to fold for #1714 ABXZone.com. Back then I had every machine in the house folding, till I fried a $2000 Vaio and my parents asked me to stop. I complied.

There shouldn't be any qualitative difference btwn DV files imported on older / newer machines and the import from tape is in real-time, so an old machine will crank away just as well as anything. The new machine will make a big difference when actually transcoding, editing, and exporting.

Why do you assume it was Apple? The guy could have sold it privately or even decided to keep it and pulled the auction himself.

CapsuleRebel, while looking awesome and offering great protection, is pain in the ass to take it off the phone. Just something you should know as you said it should be easy to remove. I don't have any experience with Trim/Vulcan but a TPU case is a TPU case. It will fit / protect and will be easy to remove.

i bought myself an Logitech V500 a few months back to accompany my future Powerbook. apart from the wireless USB thing its perfect. but its sooo small and i think it has the highest DPI for any infrared mouse too, but dont quote me on that (and that was back in october).
ive had it since october, use it every single day for an hour approx and the battery is still in 'good' rating! i never knew wireless mice were so battery-friendly. man i bought 8 AAA batteries expecting it to eat through them but at this rate these will last me till a G5 PB ;)

oh and subl1me; its an amazing mouse, probably wouldnt use it for desktop PC/Mac use but for portables... yea... highly recommended.

Finally i have migrated from PC to a marvelous Imac G5 21", 1 Giga ram.
The first thing I need is to migrate tons of emails from Outlook PST to Mac Mail.
I know it�s not strait forward.
Can anybody recomment me a software that does this well?

The computer is in excellent condition. I bought in mid September of 2003. I have never sold anything on ebay so I have no supporting seller bona fides. Most wallpaper sites will have 1680x1050 as an option, as most current 17 inch monitors use that resolution. InterfaceLIFT (http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper_beta/) is a site I usually go to. You could try HDWallpapers (http://www.hdwallpapers.net) too. ;)

1) HTML is not coding. It's not close to it at all. You will need to learn to program.
2) The GUI design tools are just that: layout tools only. You will have to write significant amounts of code to do what you want. You will need to be competent in Objective-C and learn your way around the CocoaTouch framworks
3) If you don't pay after a year your application gets removed from the store.

Even if they did, would it matter. Most guys have them in cases anyway.. only part of my beautiful iPhone I can see is the screen :mad:

O by the way Dreadnought. I plan on passing you! I have had one work unit turned in on my mac pro now it was worth 700 points and it took 22 hours. I have also lost a work unit which gaves errors(this was before the SMP client when public beta) However I have one sitting on my computer at home finished, I just found out how to upload it. I had a configuration thing set wrong. And I will have another one done by the end of today. :) I will catch up pretty fast with your current output. ;)
